WORKING PRICIPLE
The damp raw material enters into helix bed from feeding inlet at the top and moves along with the helix bed under the action of excited force and gravity. The material is jumping up and down until it falls to the bottom layer. The clean hot air enters into it from the bottom of helix bed and carries out heat exchange with raw material and exhausted from the outlet at the top.
APPLICATION
This dryer is widely used for drying Chinese medicine pills. It is also suitable for drying granule, strip and ball shape material for chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, construction material industry, feed industry, and etc.
FEATURES
1. The hot air passes through the raw material layer time by time and it acts reverse motion towards to the raw material so the heat exchanges is fully used and thermal efficiency is high;
2. The structure is compact which required small occupied area;
3. The staying time of raw material in helix bed is adjustable and the operation is easy and convenient;
4. The raw material is moving up and down in the helix bed and it also jumping by itself, so the contact surface with the hot air is increased and the drying effects is strengthened;
5. This dryer is suitable for continuous production line and it can also meet the requirement of GMP;
6. The dryer will not damage the surface and shape of the raw material so it maintains the roundness of the medicine pill and also decrease the broken rate of medicine pill.
