Dry Fowable (DF), Water Dispersible Granules(WDG), Dry fowable and water dispersible granules are essentially the same thing, the difference lies in the dry suspending agent is made of the water suspension by spray granulation, so the appearance is generally orbicularand and WG mainstream for dry process, far more common for the extrusion granulation and fluid bed granulation

Application
Spray granulation is a kind of method that the suspension liquid is sprayed into the hot air flow in the drying chamber with an atomizer, so that the water is evaporated rapidly to form a small dry particle. In a few seconds to complete the concentration of liquid, drying, granulation process. After the wet crushed slurry is atomized into droplets, the water is evaporated by the hot air, and the solid matter in the droplets is gathered into the dried particles. The particles prepared by spray granulation are hollow and porous, and therefore, the utility model has the advantages of good wetting and disintegration performance in water and high suspension rate. DF preparation of industrial production has been successfully applied to two Quinclorac, pizotifen benzyl, chlorothalonil, mancozeb, emamectin benzoate, a support, imidacloprid, and other varieties of tribenuron methyl.
